Taking AI from pilot to production
Laitao works with the leadership of large companies, mid-sized firms and public bodies. Gilles Babinet leads on strategy; engineering partners join when there is something to build.
Two areas of work
Chapter 01
Agentic AI in industrial settings →
Agents that read data from the field (sensors, reports, drawings, photos) and prepare decisions for the teams.
Chapter 02
Agentic AI and production workflows →
Orders, maintenance, quality, shipping: agents that take over the handoffs from one step to the next.
Where it usually stalls
AI tools improve fast. Organizations change slowly. A company built in silos, where each division keeps its own data and its own sign-off chain, can run pilot after pilot without any of them changing how it actually works.
So getting there depends on data governance, management and culture as much as on the technology. Laitao works on both fronts at once.

Roadmap
Governance, data, infrastructure, skills and how teams are organized.
Delivery
With engineering partners, the first use cases are built and rolled out together with your teams.
Executive coaching
One-to-one support for the leaders driving the change.
A tested method: the eCAC40
In 2013 Gilles Babinet created the eCAC40 with the business daily Les Echos: a yearly ranking of how far CAC 40 companies have gone in their digital transformation. The method has since been used in more than 270 assessments of companies of every size, in France and abroad. It scores five dimensions:
- people and governance;
- ecosystems, partnerships and business models;
- technology;
- customer and user experience;
- cybersecurity and resilience.
